Jason is an escaped banker from the late 2000’s, who has built a career helping build private New Zealand businesses that have a unique story and unique IP. Iconic New Zealand brands like - baby goods designer phil&teds, craft brewery Garage Project and environmental technology manufacturer Goodnature. Investing alongside talented founders in leadership and C-suite and governance roles to accelerate growth across NZ and around the world. First introduced to Bitcoin in 2020 and drawing on his traditional finance background Jason has invested over 1,000 hours to deeply understand Bitcoin, the network, the asset, its use cases, the investment thesis, and its positive externalities, including social, and to energy grids and the environment. As a Bitcoin advocate with a traditional finance and entrepreneurial background, he seeks to contribute to the adoption of Bitcoin in New Zealand.
