Show Notes

I talk with Rob Clarkson about scaling Bitcoin’s Layer 2 Lightning protocol, and how changes happen to Bitcoin more generally.

Rob provides a technical introduction to some of the proposals such as ELTOO, APO, CTV, and we talk a bit about what covenants and vaults mean in Bitcoin.

Now I am still trying to work a lot of this out for myself and Rob does well to break it down and explain it. Even though these are quite advanced topics I think it is important to have the discussion and work together to understand what proposed changes to Bitcoin might mean and what the dangers and opportunities are.
